主要生產(chǎn)線

（1）人血小板因子4（Platelet Factor 4 human）

血小板因子4（PF4；也稱為CXCL4）在巨核細(xì)胞和血小板中合成。血小板因子 4是一種由70個(gè)氨基酸組成的蛋白質(zhì)，由活化血小板的α顆粒釋放。它的主要生理作用似乎是中和血管內(nèi)皮表面的分子，從而抑制局部抗凝血酶III活性并促進(jìn)凝血。作為中性粒細(xì)胞和成纖維細(xì)胞的強(qiáng)化學(xué)引誘劑，PF4可能在炎癥和傷口修復(fù)中發(fā)揮作用。Oncostatin-A是CXC趨化素家族的成員。人PF4用于證明誘導(dǎo)的血小板減少癥。此外，它還用作腫瘤治療期間血管生成的抑制劑。

chromatec提供重組人血小板因子4、親和素標(biāo)記的人血小板因子4、人血小板因子4重組變體、以及抗人血小板因子4抗體系列產(chǎn)品。

（2）顆粒溶素（Granuylsin）

顆粒溶素（GNLY）是細(xì)胞毒顆粒蛋白，與穿孔素和顆粒酶共同定位于人的細(xì)胞毒T淋巴細(xì)胞（CTL）和自然殺傷細(xì)胞（NK）溶細(xì)胞顆粒中，也釋放至健康人和患者外周血中。GNLY是機(jī)體抵抗多種病原微生物和殺滅腫瘤細(xì)胞的重要物質(zhì)。

（3）血小板膜糖蛋白II b / III a（glycoprotein II b / III a）

chromatec提供分離自人血小板的血小板膜糖蛋白II b / III a。
