美國Helica公司位于加州硅谷，是一家高科技生物公司，專門研發(fā)生產(chǎn)霉菌毒素快速檢測試劑盒。其中黃曲霉毒素B1試劑盒檢測時間為20分鐘，可以處理多種復(fù)雜樣品，如早餐奶，醬油，巧克力，糕點，辣椒，花椒和中藥等。這些復(fù)雜樣品只需70%甲醇簡單提取，提取時間不超過10分鐘，回收率即可達(dá)到80%以上。黃曲霉M1在歐美廣泛使用，檢測原奶可直接加樣，無需離心脫脂步驟，回收率高達(dá)95%-105%。復(fù)雜樣品如酸奶，奶酪，黃油秩序簡單提取回收率即可達(dá)8-0%。另外黃曲霉毒素M1和折曲酶毒素A可用于血清檢測。
